Close your eyes and breathe deeply, feeling your body settle and your awareness begin to soften inward.

Imagine yourself walking along a quiet path — perhaps through a forest, along a shoreline, or within a peaceful garden. Notice the colors, the textures under your feet, the scent of the air, the sound of wind or birds. As you follow this path, you approach a doorway, an entrance into your personal inner sanctuary — a place designed just for you, holding perfect safety, peace, and restoration.

Step inside and look around. What do you see? Soft candlelight? Flowing water? Sunlight streaming through trees? Notice how your body feels in this space — lighter, freer, more at home.

Find a place within this sanctuary where you can sit or rest. If you wish, you may invite in a guide, an ancestor, a spirit animal, or simply sit quietly with your own heart. Listen, receive, and allow any wisdom, messages, or sensations to arise.

When you feel complete, offer gratitude to this space, knowing it is always here for you. Slowly walk back through the doorway, returning gently to the present moment.
