1. Services Offered

Tranquil Spirit provides holistic wellness services including Reiki, spiritual coaching, intuitive wellness consulting, and energy healing. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care and should be considered complementary to your existing wellness practices.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any wellness service.

2. Client Responsibility

By scheduling a session, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
You understand the nature of holistic and spiritual services and accept full responsibility for your participation.
You agree to communicate any discomfort, concerns, or changes in health before your session begins.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Full payment is required no later than 8 hours prior to the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Due to the energetic nature of services, all sessions are non-refundable once rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out directly to discuss possible resolutions.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information and details shared in sessions are kept strictly confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Exceptions apply only where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of Tranquil Spirit. It may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Disclaimer
