Welcome to Tranquil Spirit. By booking services, purchasing products, or engaging with Tranquil Spirit’s free or paid offerings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

💫 Services, Products & Courses

 

  • Offerings include Reiki, spiritual coaching, intuitive guidance, candle work, holistic products, virtual retreats, self-paced courses, and free resources.

  • All offerings are for personal use and spiritual or educational purposes only.

  • Course and retreat access may include recorded or live sessions, downloadable materials, and community participation.

  • Ritual oils and apothecary products are handcrafted for spiritual and personal use. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and performing patch tests before topical use. Tranquil Spirit is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse.

 

🙋 Client Responsibilities

 

  • Use all materials respectfully and for lawful personal use only.

  • Reproduction, resale, or distribution of content without permission is prohibited.

  • Communicate any concerns or health changes before a session or retreat.

 

💳 Payments

  • Payments are due in full at the time of booking or purchase.

  • We accept secure online payments via trusted third-party providers.

  • For subscription or membership-based offerings, recurring payments will process automatically unless canceled.

  • Custom candle work requires prepayment before preparation.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Services: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be charged in full.

  • Digital products, courses, retreats, and candle work: all sales are final once materials or services have begun or shipped.

  • Retreats or group events may have their own specific cancellation policies, which will be stated at the time of purchase.

  • Replacements may be offered for items damaged during shipping.

  • All personal information shared during sessions or through course participation is kept confidential.

  • Group course participation (such as comments or discussions, if enabled) should be treated respectfully and not shared outside the course environment.
