🌊 Sound Bath at Home: Resonance & Release

Purpose: Cleanse the energetic field through tone, frequency, and deep listening.

Dim the lights and create a peaceful space.
You may use singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, or even recorded sounds of nature.
Sit or lie down and breathe with the rhythm of the sound around you.
Imagine each note washing through your energy body, clearing stagnant emotion and restoring flow.
As the sound fades, remain in stillness for 2–3 minutes, integrating the vibration.
Affirm softly: “I am cleansed, renewed, and in resonance with life.”
