Allow whatever sound arises — humming, tone, vowel — to emerge freely.
Don’t focus on melody or pitch; follow what your body wants to express.
If emotion arises, let it move through sound. This is your soul speaking.
Continue for several minutes, then rest your hands on your chest and whisper:
“My voice carries truth and healing.”
