🌬️ Breath & Motion Meditation: Air as Awareness

Purpose: Bring stillness and clarity through rhythm and breath.

Stand or sit comfortably.
Inhale and lift your arms slowly overhead.
Exhale, lower your arms with soft sound — a sigh or hum.
Repeat this for several minutes, syncing movement with breath.
Allow the rhythm to become fluid, effortless, and circular.
As your breath deepens, feel your mind clear and your energy expand.
End by resting your palms on your chest and saying:
“My breath is my guide, my body is my vessel, my spirit is free.”
