Purpose: Soothe emotions and invite softness into the body.
Play gentle music or ambient water sounds.
Begin moving slowly, as if your body were made of waves.
Let your arms ripple, your spine undulate, your movements flow without force.
Allow emotion to move through — tears, smiles, sighs — whatever comes.
Flow for 5–7 minutes, imagining you are being carried by a river of compassion.
When still, place your hands over your heart and whisper:
“I move with the current of my emotions, not against it.”
