Purpose: To turn physical movement into embodied devotion.

Practice:
Begin standing in stillness. With slow, graceful movements — bow, reach, sway, or extend your arms upward — let each motion become a prayer. Whisper or hum softly as you move, expressing gratitude or surrender.

This is not a performance; it’s an offering. Let your body be the language of your devotion.

Through every movement, I honor the Divine within and around me.
