Practice:
Close your eyes and inhale deeply, imagining your breath filled with divine essence — light, love, and clarity. As you exhale, release all resistance or fear.
Repeat for seven breaths. On each inhale silently say, “I receive.” On each exhale say, “I surrender.”
Feel your entire being harmonize with the rhythm of creation.
Affirmation:
Each breath is a prayer. Inhale light, exhale peace.
