Purpose: To reclaim power and presence through writing your story as sacred myth.

Think of a personal experience that shaped you — a wound, a turning point, a victory.
Instead of recounting it literally, rewrite it as myth or parable:
Replace names with archetypes — The Seeker, The Child, The Healer, The Storm.

Describe the journey, the trials, the transformation.
As you write, feel how distance creates clarity and reverence.
When finished, whisper: “My story is sacred. My voice is strong.”

🪶 When we mythologize our pain, we remember the power beneath it.
