Purpose: To consciously release what no longer serves and write new energy into being.
Set your sacred space with candlelight and grounding breath.
On one page, write everything you are ready to release — habits, fears, stories, or emotions that feel heavy. Let the words pour out without restraint. Title it “The Old Chapter.”
When complete, pause in gratitude. Whisper: “I release this with love and awareness.”
Now, on a fresh page, write “The New Chapter” and describe how you wish to feel, live, and embody your truth moving forward.
Read your new words aloud as an invocation.
You may safely burn or compost the first page, then keep the second on your altar as a living affirmation.
