🔥Lion’s Breath (Simhasana)

Purpose: Clears stuck energy, activates confidence, and releases tension in the face, jaw, and throat.

Kneel or sit comfortably with your spine tall. Inhale deeply through your nose.
As you exhale, open your mouth wide, stick out your tongue, and make a strong “ha” sound — releasing through your throat.

Let it feel playful, powerful, and freeing.
Repeat 3–5 times, then return to normal breathing.

This breath awakens the throat chakra and releases emotional weight. Feel light, clear, and expressed.
