Purpose: Expands breath awareness, releases stored emotion and reconnects body and spirit.
Place one hand on your belly and the other on your chest. Inhale first into your belly, letting it rise.
Continue inhaling into your ribs, feeling them expand outward.
Finally, draw the breath into your upper chest and heart.
Exhale slowly from chest to ribs to belly, releasing all tension.
Repeat for several cycles, moving fluidly through these three waves of breath.
As you practice, whisper silently: “I receive life fully. I release with grace.”
