🌿Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Shodhana)

Purpose: Balances energy channels, harmonizes left and right brain, and restores calm focus.

Sit comfortably with your spine tall. Using your right hand, gently close your right nostril with your thumb. Inhale through the left nostril, slow and steady.
Close the left nostril with your ring finger, release the right, and exhale fully.
Inhale through the right nostril.
Close the right nostril and exhale through the left.

This completes one round. Continue for 5–7 rounds, breathing softly and evenly.
Feel your energy centers aligning — clear, balanced, at peace.
