Visualize a soft pink and green light blooming at your chest — gentle, radiant, alive. With each inhale, this light expands outward, wrapping you in warmth and tenderness. Feel it melting away any walls or tension around your heart.
Repeat silently: “My heart is open. I give and receive love freely.”
Let this loving energy ripple outward — to yourself, to your loved ones, and to the world. Rest in this feeling for several breaths, then take a final deep inhale and exhale with gratitude.
