🌿Rooted Presence Meditation

Purpose: Grounds energy, restores safety, and reconnects you to the body and Earth.

Script:
Sit tall or stand with your feet flat on the ground. Breathe deeply into your belly and feel the weight of your body supported by the Earth.

Visualize strong roots extending from the soles of your feet deep into the soil — anchoring, stabilizing, nourishing. With each exhale, release any scattered or anxious energy into the Earth. With each inhale, draw up calm, strength, and vitality.

Repeat: “I am safe. I am grounded. I belong here.”
Feel yourself centered and supported, fully present in this moment.
