🌸 Golden Light Grounding Meditation

Purpose: Grounds energy, strengthens connection to earth, restores balance.

Script:
Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the ground or cross-legged. Close your eyes and bring awareness to your breath, noticing its natural rhythm.

Imagine a warm, golden light above your head — the pure light of the universe, source, or divine. With each inhale, feel this golden light flowing gently down through the crown of your head, moving through your body, filling every cell, every muscle, every part of you.

As the light travels downward, imagine it extending through your legs and feet, moving deep into the earth like golden roots. Feel these roots anchoring you, connecting you to the strength, stability, and nourishment of the earth.

Breathe here, knowing you are supported above and below — a channel of grounded light. When you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back and open your eyes.
