Script:
Close your eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths. Imagine you are walking down a peaceful path — soft grass under your feet, sunlight warming your skin.
Ahead, you see a small figure — it’s your younger self. Notice their age, their expression, their energy. Gently approach and kneel down beside them. Place your hand on their shoulder or hold their hands.
Speak softly to your inner child: “I see you. I love you. You are safe with me.” Notice how they respond, what emotions arise. Allow yourself to be fully present, offering comfort, love, or even just a quiet presence.
When you’re ready, hug your inner child tightly. Tell them they can always call on you when they need. Slowly release the image, take a few grounding breaths, and open your eyes.
