🌸 Heart-Centered Peace Meditation

Purpose: Cultivates inner calm, emotional release, and heart wisdom.

Script:
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down. Gently close your eyes and take a deep, cleansing breath in… and slowly release it out.

Bring your hands to rest over your heart space. With each inhale, imagine soft golden light filling your chest, expanding outward with warmth. With each exhale, allow any tension, heaviness, or tightness to dissolve, melting into the earth.

As you continue to breathe, softly repeat in your mind: “I am safe. I am held. I am loved.” Allow your heart to open just a little more with each breath — not forcing, simply allowing.

Feel the quiet pulse of peace beneath your hands, the rhythm of your own heart, and know that within you is a wellspring of love and wisdom that is always accessible. Sit here for a few moments longer, breathing gently, before slowly opening your eyes.
