🌬️ Humming the Heart: A Vibrational Centering Practice

Purpose: Ground and calm the nervous system while reconnecting with your inner rhythm.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and place a hand over your heart.
Take three slow breaths — in through the nose, out through the mouth.
On your next exhale, begin to hum softly, feeling the vibration resonate in your chest.
Imagine your heart as a tuning fork, sending waves of harmony through your body.
Continue for 3–5 minutes, allowing the hum to shift naturally with your breath.
When you finish, sit in silence for a moment and whisper:
“I am attuned to peace.”
