Purpose: Connect to the stability, safety, and nourishment of the Earth.
Stand barefoot if possible. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
Feel the soles of your feet soften into the ground.
Begin gentle swaying from side to side, letting your knees stay soft.
With each exhale, imagine roots extending from your feet into the soil.
Inhale — draw up strength, steadiness, and grounding.
Exhale — release tension and scattered thought.
Continue this slow, meditative sway for 3–5 minutes.
When finished, bring your palms together at your heart and whisper:
“I am grounded, supported, and held by the Earth.”
