Prepare a small bowl of warm water infused with rose petals or a drop of rose oil. Sit quietly with your hands over your heart, breathing deeply.
Think of a person, situation, or version of yourself you’re ready to forgive. Whisper softly:
“I forgive. I release. I free myself and all involved.”
Dip your fingertips into the water and gently touch your heart space. Feel warmth and release flow through you.
Say: “My heart is open and whole. Love flows freely once more.”
Dispose of the water mindfully — offer it to soil or a beloved plant.
