Step outside or visualize standing barefoot on soil, grass, or stone. With every inhale, draw Earth’s calm, steady energy up through your feet into your heart. With every exhale, release excess tension down into the ground for renewal.
Stay for several minutes, noticing subtle warmth, tingling, or stillness. Offer gratitude to the Earth as a living ally in your protection.
Affirmation:
I am rooted, steady, and supported. The Earth upholds me in perfect balance.
