Practice:
Step outside or open a window. Close your eyes and feel the movement of air across your skin. With each breath, invite clarity and renewal; with each exhale, release mental fog and stagnant thoughts.

Speak softly to the wind:
“Messenger of Spirit, carry away all that clouds my vision. Fill me with inspiration and truth.”

Visualize the air swirling gently around you, clearing your field like a soft breeze sweeping through open doors.

Affirmation:
My thoughts are light and free. I move in harmony with the winds of change.
