If you can, gently press your palms or feet to the ground and whisper:
“Mother Earth, anchor me in your strength. May I walk with steadiness and grace.”

Feel the subtle hum of life beneath you, supporting every step.

Affirmation:
I am rooted, safe, and supported. The Earth holds me in balance and peace.
