Purpose: Strengthen intuitive awareness during waking life.

Sit comfortably with your hands resting on your heart and belly.
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.
Visualize a glowing light in your center — your inner oracle, radiant and wise.
Ask silently: “What truth wishes to speak through me right now?”
Listen not with your mind, but with your body — the sensations, warmth, tingling, or stillness that follows.
When you feel ready, write down or speak the message aloud.

✨ Affirmation: “My intuition speaks clearly, and I trust its sacred guidance.”
