Ask yourself: “What energy do I want to bring into today?” This could be focus, joy, patience, courage, or love.

Speak your intention aloud: “Today, I choose to embody [your intention].” Visualize this energy wrapping around you like a soft cloak or a radiant light.

Sit with this feeling for a few moments, then blow out the candle (if used) and step into your day with clarity and purpose.
