Practice:
Hold a feather or visualize one made of light. Gently wave or trace it through your energy field, beginning at your crown and moving downward. With each motion, imagine lifting away thoughts, worries, or attachments that cloud your clarity.
Blow softly across the feather and release any remaining energy to the wind. Whisper a thank-you to the element of Air.
Affirmation:
My mind is clear, my spirit light. I am free in thought, breath, and being.
