Practice:
Take four deep, intentional breaths, one for each element:
🌬 Air — inhale clarity, exhale confusion.
🔥 Fire — inhale courage, exhale stagnation.
💧 Water — inhale compassion, exhale emotional heaviness.
🌍 Earth — inhale stability, exhale overwhelm.
Repeat the full cycle three times. As you finish, imagine your aura shimmering with balanced light, each element in harmony within you.
Affirmation:
With each breath, I return to balance. All elements within me flow in peace and power.
