When the moon is visible, take a slow, mindful walk — barefoot if possible. Feel the cool air, the texture of the earth beneath your feet, and the moon’s silver glow across your skin. With each step, whisper:

Pause often to listen — to the night sounds, the wind, the quiet hum of life that surrounds you.

Affirmation:
