🌸 Heart Opening Breath (Coherence Breath)

Find a quiet space to sit comfortably. Place one or both hands over your heart, close your eyes, and bring your attention to the rhythm of your breath.

Begin breathing slowly and evenly, inhaling and exhaling to the count of five — inhale 1-2-3-4-5, exhale 1-2-3-4-5. Continue this balanced, rhythmic breathing, as if you are breathing directly in and out through the heart space.

As you settle into this rhythm, bring to mind something you feel grateful for — a person, a place, a memory, or simply the feeling of being alive. Let this gratitude soften your heart, expand your chest, and infuse your entire energy field.

Continue for several minutes, breathing gently, feeling your heart rhythm smooth and your energy harmonize. When ready, take a deep, grounding breath and open your eyes, carrying this sense of openness and gratitude with you.
