Purpose: Calms the mind, releases tension, and invites inner stillness and ease.

Script:
Sit comfortably, resting your hands on your lap. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, allowing your shoulders to soften.

Visualize a gentle stream of water flowing through you — cool, clear, and serene. With every exhale, the current carries away stress and worry. With every inhale, it fills you with calm, clarity, and peace.

Repeat: “Peace flows through me. I am calm, centered, and free.”
Stay here, breathing with the rhythm of the water, until you feel completely at ease.
