Close your eyes and take three long, slow breaths, allowing your body to settle and your mind to soften. Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Now, bring your attention to the base of your spine. Imagine a warm, golden light gathering here, glowing gently. With each inhale, see this light extending downward through your hips, your legs, your feet, and into the ground. Watch as golden roots emerge from the soles of your feet, weaving down into the soil, moving deeper with each breath.

Feel these roots anchoring you securely into the earth — through the rich soil, past layers of stone, reaching the ancient, nourishing core below. With each exhale, release tension, stress, or scattered energy, letting it drain gently down the roots to be composted by the earth. With each inhale, draw up stability, nourishment, and strength.
